Detoxifying & Re-Mineralizing Green Juice Recipe:
2 cucumbers
1 thumb of ginger
3-4 leaves of romaine lettuce
5-6 leaves of kale
1 head of celery
1 bundle of cilantro (or parsley)
juice of 1 lime or lemon, peeled and squeezed

Chocolate Dragon Fruit Protein Ice Cream Smoothie:
5-6 frozen bananas, peeled
1 dragon fruit (pitaya) sliced with no peel
1 scoop chocolate Sunwarrior protein blend
Water from 1 young coconut
Any topping of choice like cacao nibs, sprouted buckweat groats, berries, or even coconut shreds.

Rainbow Cucumber Sesame Noodle Salad:
Dressing is blended tahini, lemon juice, water, and salt.
Cucumber noodles
Rainbow bell peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Green onions
Sesame seeds (black and white)

  1. I love this video! My only question is why you added the lemon in separately instead of sticking it through the juicer after peeling it? Is it because of the seeds? I don’t juice lemon seeds after researching about how they contain the main ingredient of aspirin, but I was curious if that’s your reason as well!

  2. The big thing that I have been craving is beyond burgers, pizza, ramen, candy and pop. I think I need your help on getting back on a  heathy diet. I dont want to be fully raw. But I do want to be 70% raw. i want to do the raw till 4 diet again. I did it last summer from june first- august 10th and then it was done because i needed cooked foods badly because I was not eating. I'll snap chat you or instagram message you tomorrow if I have a moment to chat to you on what i should do.

  3. Can you discuss the costs of eating raw ? Fresh coconut juice tends to be a staple for raw vegan meals but it can also be quite expensive especially when they're not in season. How to plan accordingly for fresh fruits and vegetables..maybe the more expensive ones

No one in the world creates the most inspiring, uplifting and healing meals full of love. I am so blessed and can not thank you enough, over the years, my blood tests have turned out better and better, so thank you for the gift of healthy blood, thank you for the belief of divinity in cleansing foods, thank you for the color, the truth, I feel so grateful for all that you do, and the more I see you, the happier and healthier I get because your work never returns void. You are a gift from Heaven, a healing center would be amazing!

  6. Can you include how long it takes to clean up? The juicer takes a while and what do you do with the pulp? Also, you gotta spirilize all the zuccini/cucumbers and chop the veggies, that takes a while… And for lunch… how about a quick fully raw recipe that doesn't involve the blender? I am at work during lunch and at most have about 30 min to eat. I am vegan and was fully raw, but found that the time it took me to prepare the meal and how fast I ate it just wasn't worth it… I love your videos, I just wish you would cover the practical aspect of it as well, such as how long it takes…
