  1. I’ve been a vegetarian since age 10, a vegan since age 17, and I’ve done a few raw vegan cleanses in the past few years. I’m freshly 23 now, and have only done raw veganism for a maximum of two months consistently. As much as I love my warm, comforting, cooked foods as much as the next person, let me tell you, I have NEVER in my life, EVER felt better than when I did when I was eating raw. It was so pure and natural and simple…and my body responded in the best of ways. I hope to go fully raw, permanently, this year, but living in the Midwest, it’s pretty hard. Kristina gives me hope though. If she (and many other people) can do it, so can I! I honestly can’t wait to live a 100% fully raw lifestyle! And I’m starting with this juice cleanse! Wish me the best of luck 😊💕

  2. But including cooked beans and grains isn’t going to make you unhealthy and it will be more environment friendly / compassionate. Why are you so persistent on keeping such a high maintainence lifestyle? You don’t have to be raw to be healthy and I wish you would just give cooked food a try to realize it’s okay to eat them. Your hair looks amazing btw.

  3. This was very beautifully presented. It hit me a bit. I was vegetarian for a year then i went vegan but i let others opinions coax me back into eating a standard diet. They made me feel like i was such an inconvenience. I miss how i felt when i was vegan i struggle staying with it. I need to find that thing that’s going to keep me there. I know there are so many reasons but I’m not sure why I’m stuck here. I think i need to let go. Idk something inside of me needs to click and I know it will happen soon. I’ll get there again. I’ve been trying to find that thing you know? Idk how to explain it.

  4. Do you take additional B12 ?? Have you ever gotten sick from accidently consuming bacteria from uncooked foods? These are my questions. Thanks in advance and good luck on your journey

  5. I gave you a like👍because of what you said which is the truth, BUT I will say this…To be really healthy and HAPPY you have to eat half COOKED and half RAW VEGAN food, PERIOD.

  6. Do you know of any long-term fully raw vegans in the north of America/USA or any cold climate with a youtube channel? As far as I can see, you all are either in warmer states or hot countries. I have the determination and I'm doing the best I can in MI. but it's not easy at all. We have about 7-8 months of cold here and about 2 hot months. And we don't have a lot of money. Im doing everything I can to eat fully raw and feed my husband and kids this way. however, it almost impossible to encourage others to do it bez of this factors and when I advise them to watch your channel or anyone elses, the 1st thing they point out is that you and the other youtuber's all live in warm/hot climates…..

  7. I love how i feel when i go raw however i noticed my period takes longer to drop when I go raw. Does it eventually just go away if you go raw? If so, is this beneficial to your body being that having your period is a form of cleansing?

  8. I have so much love and respect for you Kristina. I don't remember which of your YT video I watched four years ago for the first time and absolutely fall in love and went vegan. I love you and keep inspiring beautiful soul. 😍😗😗

  9. You're amazing and very inspirational. Proud of you and your commitment to great health and happiness. You look amazing with beautiful long thick hair and youthful radiant skin tone. Keep up the great work!

  10. So, you feel you are at your best now and you were at your worst before raw foods. From what I understand, you went from one extreme to the other pretty quickly, correct? Have you ever considered playing around with simple, cooked whole foods? ie steamed sweet potatoes, steamed veggies, cooked lentils/beans? Curious because I eat a very high raw diet but will incorporate the previously mentioned foods into my diet and I still feel vibrant and full of energy…also making it easier when I don't have the most optimal raw options leaving me with a choice between less-optimal raw foods or high quality cooked foods. Sending so much love to you! Thank you for being an inspiration to people from all walks of life <3

  11. Hi… Always enjoy your videos. I am not raw / vegan, but I am trying to have a slaw, a salad, or a smoothie for at least one meal a day, and I love it. It has been a great way to start, and I have lost some weight and my psoriasis is improving. I really appreciate what you do.

  12. Thank you so much for all that you do!!! You, Tannyraw, and Jonny Juicer are my top FullyRaw inspirations!!!! I have truly healed myself from raw fruits and veggies. Keep it up please!

  13. I only just received started doing raw. And Kristina I have to say…thank you so much. I suffer from depression and I knew raw could help in some way because I hear all of it’s benefits. And I feel so amazing. I am literally crying as I write this because I know I feel so much better because of this lifestyle. Thank you. Just thank you so so much. It has improved my mood and my spirit. And I appreciate all you do for this community.

  16. you are the reason why I've incorporated more raw foods into my diet! I don't think I'll ever be 100% raw but you've help my health profoundly.

  17. Kristina, have heard of dr.sebi? He said you should only eat alkaline uncultivated/ non-hybrid, natural occurring fruits, veggies, and nuts /seeds. He talks about eating a 100% alkaline diet. have you ever thought about trying it out?
