  1. Cetyl and Stearyl products are derived from whale semen if I'm not mistaken. Those are found in lots of cosmetics but mostly in shampoos, conditioners and body washes.

  2. As much as I can appreciate promoting vegan, ethical makeup companies, "anytime you see someone with red lipstick on," I don't immediately see dead beetles or whale fat or chicken periods. There are so many vegan makeup companies now a days that can produce cruelty free makeup – some of them are super, super inexpensive too. AOA, for instance is all vegan. They list the ingredients of every product on their site. Wet'n Wild is another completely vegan, super reasonable priced makeup brand. I would be more concerned about the chemicals going into these when I see bright red lips.

  3. Thank you for making this video Kristina! I had no idea SO MANY ingredients derived from animals were in makeup 🙁 that combined with the testing is just sickening 🙁

I got this "lip gloss" from a friend, i don't remember the name was it was pure Lanolin and nothing else 🤢🤢🤢friggen sheep grease on peoples LIPS. and i know nursing mothers use it on their nips to prevent chapping ughh 🤢🤢🤢then the baby eats the sheep grease ahhhhh

  4. My mouth dropped. The only ones I knew about were the beatles and gelatin. I love Pacifica and some tarte. I only have 100% pure coffee bean eye cream. Soon I plan to purchase Dimension Nails products. Her nails polishes and eye shadows look amazing. Stephanies is doing good with up and coming vegan products. Support veganism and small businesses also

  5. ❤️ 100 Percent Pure. My favorite its there pomegranate lipstick in poppy, its a beautiful true red color.💄 Would love to try natural mascara but my eyes water a lot from allergies and there are no waterproof mascaras that I can find.

  6. I'm so scared to look at all my products now 🤢😭 poor animals! I think it's time for a whole product revamp and look into good brands. My only issue is I can't find good enough shampoo and conditioner that do good for my hair 🙁 suggestions?

  7. Thank you for sharing! I went cruelty free and vegan years ago (in my makeup and beauty) I’m still surprised at how many people don’t know how toxic some lipsticks are. I love 100 percent pure I use their eye balm and want to try their lipstick but I’m allergic to lavender. Which is in most of their products. Red Apple Lipstick is nice and I use Pacifica too.

  8. For some reason I don't find that disgusting, I mean were are taking chemicals out of some animals, samenthing with a lot of medicines we use, I'm against taking them outbif animals in abusive ways but I mean bugs?
