  1. I had no detox reactions that were harsh (I was already vegan),but my skin did a 180 and I went from sleeping 6 hours a day to 4-5.
That might not be typical (I never required much sleep as a little kid) but energy-wise it was scary how big the difference was.
Im not raw vegan now because the reality is that its expensive, esp with limited space in the fridge and having to shop more often. I live in Florida, and its STILL very expensive to live raw. Those of us on a budget will waffle.
Thats ok, still go for it! Worth it,totally.
This IMO is a wealthy person's lifestyle however, and forget a vitamix.

  2. Worst part about detoxing for me: tons of my hair falling out and i cant stop it!! Getting tons of new little sprouts but ugghh hair fall like CRAZY. also painful teeth for several weeks, its gotten way better now.

    Safe travels Kristina!!!

  3. You ate only one fruit for 14 days?? Does that actually work? I’m vegetarian (mostly vegan) but my goal is to be raw vegan. I have a lot of health issues and have come a long way, but it’s still a huge struggle.

  4. Great video !

I am one if those people what get the back headache's & flue like symptoms 😓 . I have been on and off . I haven't stuck with it yet . Not giving up .

  5. I've gone fully raw for over 30 ays before and it's literally the best I've ever felt.. but then I fall off the wagon. I'm vegan but I'm a junk food vegan. I'm addicted to pasta and bread and it's just bad. How do you get away from that temporary "pasta is soooo good." Feeling and stay fully raw? Ugh

  6. Long story short I’m vegan now but once I get a job I want to become highly raw vegan and that means buying more fruits and vegetables (obvi). I was curious if you could make a video on budgeting? And don’t be scared to let us know how much it cost because it’s honestly so much more worth spending money on yummy healthy fruits and veggies than nights in the hospital or unnecessary medications. I truly want to be smart about what I’m buying as a soon to be raw vegan and I want to be able to buy things knowing I’m not paying too much or too little. I do realize that I should definitely experiment on my own and create a budget that works for me but maybe you could make a video on helpful tips? Love your peaceful videos so much! Have a beautiful day!🧡

  7. I'm curious. I am only 5 feet tall so if I gain 10 to 15 pounds it looks like I gained 20 to 30 pounds. Right now I am 139 pounds, I used to weigh 154 pounds so I have lost some weight. My goal weight is 130 to 135 pounds because I don't like being really skinny . Is a fully raw vegan diet good for a person that wants to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight?

  8. Thank you <3 I felt that joy, energy, loving serendipity, clearness, that I ve never felt before. But sometimes I feel nausea and headaches, and that make me afraid and doubt if I ain t eating right… I m almost allways doubting if I am doing the best for me, or following a truth that isn t the mine. Thanks for the encouraging, the sharings, the love ❤️

  9. Hi Kristina, i think i already know the answer but, do you take any supplements or is this way of life providing everything you need? I have MS and gadolinium deposition disease so my muscles are deteriorating and my body is fighting against itself.
