  1. Can I just say, I LOVE that you referred to yourself as a "super woman." I am a vegan mom to four little guys, including identical twins. I get lots of comments like "Wow! I don't know how you do it!" "You're amazing!" "You're super woman!" I usually shy away from comments like this but just seeing the offhand way you referred to yourself so confidently, it's just sparked something in me. Next time I get one of those comments, I'm gonna reply "Heck yeah I am!!"

  2. I really enjoyed the workout and smoothie! I don't know if this is normal but I've never experienced any pain from any of my menstrual cycles. No cramps, swelling, bloating, food cravings, acne, ect. Nothing. Also my cycles are relatively short. Best of luck for all the women out there that do suffer. Hopefully the smoothie works for you:)

  4. Perfect timing. My cycle entered yesterday. Iโ€™ve been dealing with bloating and cramps. Itโ€™s been worse than it has in awhile. Thank you for sharing KB ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’ฅ

  5. I love yoga and find that it gets me centered and healthy mentally although I feel like physically it doesn't get my heart pumping like other workouts. What kind of yoga do you do that gets your heart pumping?

    Edit:I meant to also say that the yoga studios around me are still a 20-30 minute drive and it's not possible to go to one since I have a daughter to also take care of. So I am stuck looking for solutions online.

    Oh and is the arnicare gel okay to use when pregnant? I've been really hurting lately and get really nervous about what I use.
