  2. My go to smoothie is: 2 frozen bananas, 2 cups of blueberries, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of spinach and 1/2 an avocado. The healthy fats keep me fuller longer and help me feel better 🙂

  4. I have heard it's not good for digestion but I have been drinking smoothies for supper. I just don't like cold smoothies or cold fruit first thing in the morning and I love going to bed feeling light. I haven't had any issues with digestion thus far but I hope my body is able to absorb the nutrients properly. Any thoughts?
