Looking for the best easy ways to improve your sleep? I’ve got you covered! All my tips are listed below, and I am happy to share my journey with you. For those of you who have known me a long time, you know I’ve had a love-hate relationship with sleep. From my past health issues to my current travels and work schedule, I have had to work REALLY hard to be consistent with healthy sleeping patterns. I explain it all in the video. And no, I’m not going to tell you to consume sleeping pills. All of my suggestions are holistic things you can try at home. I think Orange Lens glasses help blue light from computer and phone screens for reduced eye fatigue, long term vision protection and also helps you sleep because the light color is more similar to a camp fire, candle or the setting sun like we'd have in nature or the past…so it allows your eyes to rest and get ready for bed. I've been sleeping way better since I've incorporated animal products (pastured, good quality) back into my diet – along with tooth sensitivity gone, less anxiety, depression, etc. To each their own. Find what works for you! Roman chamomile essential oil is awesome and some binaural beats before bed. πŸ’ž

  3. 7.34: Not to be rude , but the problem is the opposite. We useally get to much oxygen because we breathe to fast en to much. The four second method is to reduce oxygen levels and to improve the breathing out of carbon dioxide. Reducing carbon dioxide in the body is the most important job of our lungs, we dont need much oxygen. (ps. im not a native speaker)

  4. Hahahah since I came off raw vegan after so many years, I finally sleep better. No need for any breathing, oils, yoga, meditation and other spiritual crap…. just some food for brain which you can’t get from plants… people think for yourselves, this is such a crap

  5. Light forehead massage, Brush your hair lightly or have someone brush it for you. Pray before bed and also upon waking up. i also apply a small amount of vicks vaporub under my nose.

  6. Your mattress seems too soft for me. I only sleep on futons. Japanese beds. Mine is very hard nearly like the soil otherwise it is impossible for me to sleep. Take care !

  7. Hi Kristina! I am inspired every day by your channel, instagram, ideas and pics! Thank you for making this a huge part of your life. It is much appreciated. As someone who has recently gone fully raw, I am having a tough time shifting weight. In two months, I have not dropped a single pound. Mind you, I FEEL amazing, so I know that this lifestyle is right for me. All of my autoimmune issues are now almost fully gone! Terrible, terrible aches, pains, digestion etc. What I am hoping your next "Friday question segment" can be on, is addressing your recent weight loss. (mind you, even with a bit extra weight, you are still stunning) but the weight gain fand loss is noticeable and I am dying to know what you changed or what changed in your life (not prying) and how you dropped the weight. I am not giving up on this ever, but I would really kill to see some progress on the scale as chaning my life last year is what put the weight on! Cheers! K~

  8. Taking a warm bath 1 hour before bed and reducing temperature In your room can be beneficial.

    also wearing socks may be smart if you're having trouble falling asleep

    I do recommened a book called " Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams " by prof. Matthew Walker :p

  9. I think videos are awesome. Done Wim Hof Method and Bikram Yoga – both had an noticeable effect. One day would like to see speak or something. Keep up the forward momentum.
