  1. Your music in the background is always so distracting for me. I have not been able to get used to all the upbeat background music . It actually takes over the video. I wish your videos could not have the background sounds…

  2. I live in Germany, what should we eat during this almost 8 months of cold weather? the only things that grow locally are cabbage and potatoes, literally nothing else. I find it absolutely reckless to recommend people to buy imported vegetables to continue eating raw. How is this any good for the planet??? Please be responsible with the information you put out there, be actually CONSEQUENT with what you preach!

  3. So you take the protein from protein powder?? Can I start a raw food diet with it ?? And you said you do not drink tea with caffeine but you have cacao powder, does the cacao have caffeine???

  4. Wait you can drink tea? How and what about warm/hot water like doesn’t it get like heated up in the pipes or do use room temperature/color water? I’m kind confused

  5. Why not invest in a Berkey Water Filter πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ filters out all impurities of tap water vs plastic bottles that take forever to break down πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ 🀭😁

  6. you look so BEAUTIFUL Kristina! Blue suits you πŸ™‚ and the cute braid as well! I must say though, here in QuΓ©bec it goes down to -45 CELSIUS. Extreme cold! I have tried being raw vegan during winter and it simply doesn't work. When you look at Ayurvedic and TCM perspectives, it makes sense that it doesn't work. I naturally eat lots of raw foods like fruits and salads in the summer or when I travel in more tropical climates, but in colder weather, I want lentil soups, sweet potatoes, roasted cauliflower… etc. πŸ™‚

  7. I don't see why a person would need to eat raw, some foods actually have more nutrition when cooked so it's not unhealthy to eat a whole foods plant based diet. I agree eat fruits, vegetables and grains but I'm sorry it's factually incorrect to say cooking food makes it unhealthy and thus to be healthy you have to be fully raw.

  8. Really important that you read this Kristina; You are not doing you body a favor by eating fully raw in the winters. And why are you talking by feeling guilty and stuff right after it? Guilty for eating nourishing cooked meals? I don't understand how you can work with this and not even read through the ancient wisdoms of medicine food? You are not eating like your balanced ancestors who has programed you genes/DNA. You really should at least learn about Ayurveda by being this open figure. You are doing harm Kristina no matter what you perspective of seeing this is. I have a vata inbalance, and there are many of us that has who comes to you videos, it's the most dangerous form of imbalance in the body as it disturbes the nervous system. So there are many here looking for that cure and it's easy to get sold on your promises. If your body thriving with this you have pitta energies and you should be very mindful and being aware of why you are thriving on this diet and why it's dangerous for some others. Eating non cooked foods chills down the body and makes it dryer. If you don't have that natural oil and warmth it leads to dangerous chilling and dryness in the body. I have several reumatic autoimmune diseases and MS, we all know that foods that makes us feel good and balanced in the body afterwards, nothing easies my body as a cocked meal, and that is so also for anyone with digestive issues with the inbalance of vata (light energies). Instead of telling people in a mind control way to do what you think em to do, tell people to trust their own (and for you to trust) everyones ability to know that we can call intuitive eating. If I would eat like you do I would experience pain like you could not believe, but I don't have a eating disorder (there or so many more forms of this than we probably can imagine, like needing to eat in a monotune manner/one form of eating) so I can watch your videos and ad it into a diverse full diet form but I can't morally stand by this anymore by watching your videos. I really hope this makes you understand others diets better and do less of that wrongful judging.

  9. I like to make savory smoothies with tomatoes, greens, celery, apples, ground flax seeds and I add cayenne pepper or hot sauce. I realize the hot sauce is not raw, but it's a negligible amount and I am no where near fully raw. And I make these smoothies for two reasons. One is because I can only take so many fruit smoothies and two they are good for cold weather. What is your opinion about that?

  10. Hello from upstate NY. When will you be in Bali, I might send my teen daughter there for a longer vacay. She is 1/2 Indonesian. Would really have her learn from the expert about raw vegan.
